RETURN POLICY

Return and refund are fully accepted over defective and faulty products and human error(s) by the Sharqiaa Indonesia team. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. We will not accept goods that do not meet our Terms dan Conditions, so please make sure not to remove the hang tag unless you are happy with the product.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are acceptable for size, color (as long as the products are still avalaible)

Terms and conditions:

  • The claim should be informed to SHARQIAA INDONESIA within 3 days (maximum) after the package is delivered to your shipping address.
  • Make sure the product is in a good and original condition with no signs of it being used or washed and the hang tag is not removed. We also do not accept hang tag that show signs of having been removed.
  • Hijab, inner, accessories and other packed items can not be exchanged or refund.
  • Fill in the exchange or Return Form and send it along with the items to address attached on the form.
  • The retuning process will be proceed with 48 hours after we receive and assess your package.
  • If the item is not available for retuning and exchange, we will process the refund.
  • We could not accept your claim on any of our merchandise that does not comply with the returning/exchange terms and conditions.
  • ALL SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason except defective or faulty product (if it’s no stated) and shipping error.
